REFUND POLICY

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your product arrived, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

Once an order is placed, we ONLY have a (1) hour timeframe to cancel it. Kindly send us an email at pleasuregg.com@gmail.com. If it's passed the timeframe, we, unfortunately, couldn't cancel it anymore.


INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Kindly send us an email at once when you found out that your shipping address is incorrect on the order confirmation that we are going to send you. Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for orders that have been returned back to our warehouse. We may have it reshipped but you will cover the shipping cost.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we can no longer change/rectify your shipping address information. You may personally contact the local post to arrange a change of your address or pick-up.

We are not responsible for any packages that have been stolen from your mailbox, doorstep, or any location where the courier has left the package. It is the customer's responsibility to make a claim with the local courier that delivered the package.

REFUNDS
For packages that are refused, or unclaimed, please be informed that we don't process a refund. Should you wish to have it redelivered, you will pay for the shipping cost.

 

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
