HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?

We are proud to offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders!

  • The US, UK, and CA shipping are 5-15 days.
  • Worldwide shipping is 10-20 days.

* Shipping time excludes processing times and clearance/customs delays (if applicable)

 

WAYS YOU CAN HELP

  • If after 1 week of placing your order you have not received a tracking link via email, please feel free to contact us at pleasuregg.com@gmail.com
  • If you have received a Tracking Link via email, this means your package has been shipped from our factory and is in the hands of the postage service for your country. 
  • Your tracking information will update automatically as your package moves through the mail stream. 
  • We can only see the same tracking information that you can see on your link, so unfortunately if you message us asking for an update with your order while its in transit to you, we are unable to provide any information. We would recommend contacting the postal service in your country (i.e. USPS for the USA) and providing your tracking number and they may be able to give a clearer scheduled delivery date.
  • If you order appears to have been lost in transit, (over 6 weeks from date of order) please feel free to email us with your order details and we will investigate and replace or refund if required.

TRACK MY ORDER?

When your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information.

 

CANCEL MY ORDER?

We only accept order cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order, or if your order has not been shipped yet. Please note after 24 hours you will not be able to cancel your order because we start on customization right away.

 

RETURN MY ORDER?

We do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged. For more information, please refer to our Contact Us inquiries.

 

TRACKING INFORMATION STATES THE ITEM WAS DELIVERED BUT I DO NOT HAVE IT

  • This can be a frustrating circumstance. We highly recommend contacting USPS directly and providing your tracking number, ask to speak to someone about a lost package. Sometimes, the mail carrier takes the item back to the local depot to hold for customer pickup.
  • We also suggest speaking to any friends, family members or neighbors who may have access to your mailbox, or who has mail delivered to the same area in the event the package was picked up by mistake.
  • If you suspect your package was stolen from your mailbox, we recommend contacting USPS as well as your local police. 
  • ATFM is unable to provide refunds or replacements for items that show delivered by USPS.
  • All custom made items are shipped to the address entered at the time of the order only. Catcuty is not responsible for packages delivered due to an incorrect address entry.
